A new embellishment in our Fall and Winter mini catalog is Woven Golden Leaves. They add a little elegance and texture to your card. I thought they would be great on a card using the Changing Leaves bundle. You can see how sheer they are below. I like to use Glue dots to adhere them to cards.
For this card I embossed on Early Espresso, and then used the Hybrid Embossing folder that embossed and cuts the leaves. I did this using different colors- Old Olive, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, and Pecan Pie. I like to use a 5 1/2 x 6″ piece so you get 3 different leaves cut out. When you do this with each color, you end up with a lot of leaves to make several cards.
Cardstock:
- Early Espresso 8 1/2 x 5 1/2″, and 5 1/2″ x 4″
- Old Olive, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, and Pecan Pie 6″ x 5 1/2″
- Basic Beige Scrap for greeting.
