Picture This Otters

I ordered the Picture This dies awhile ago but hadn't opened them until yesterday.  I was inspired by the card in the Sale-A-Bration brochure.  I combined the Awesome Otters stamp set and Simply Marbleous 6×6 Designer Series Paper and the Picture This dies.  

I embossed the Balmy Blue piece using our Bark Embossing Folder.  I then used the Cut and Emboss machine again to die cut the circles from Picture This.  I used the same circles and die cut white circles to stamp on.  

This video shows you how simple this is to make.  

I finished the card by adding a 1/2" strip to the bottom of the inside to add a little color. It is a great way to use scraps!
