In Good Taste Designer Series Paper Card

Today is my dad's birthday! I made him this card:

I just love the Designer Series Paper Pack called In Good Taste. I wanted to design a card where it shows off the great designs in it.

I cut 1 1/4 inch strips cutting just slightly before the 1 1/4 line. This gives a tiny bit of extra space.

I then took the squares and arranged them on the Early Espresso piece until I am satisfied with the arrangement. I then adhere them to the card.

Next I wrapped the braided trim around the Early Espresso piece twice.

Stamp any greeting on a Crumb Cake scrap and punch out. Use a scrap of Early Espresso and punch using the Timeless Label punch to mount the greeting on. I used a dimensional to adhere the greeting to the card.

To make this card I used the following dimensions:

Crumb Cake 5 1/2 x 11

Early Espresso 4 x 5 1/4

Designer Series Paper Pieces 1 1/4" square. (It is a little easier to assemble if you do a hair less than 1 1/4")
