50th Birthday Card

My friend turned 50 today and her husband had a surprise party for her on Friday. I knew I wanted to make a card using Number of Years stamp set.  This is what I came up with.

 

 

This is the first time I opened my Layering Circles Framelits.  I was slow to buying them because I already had Circle Framelits that we used to sell.  When they went on sale in December, I decided it was time to get them.  I should not have waited.  I LOVE them!  It is so great having the layered scallops for the circles.  I know I will use these a lot.
