Valentine Using Paper Scraps

Do you end up with a lot of 1/2 inch scraps?  This is the perfect card for you if you do.  You can use this layout for any occasion.  For this card I used Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack.  It comes in a 6X6 stack of 12 different designs.  I cut the pieces at different lengths.  On a strip of white I stamped the greeting and then sponged around the edges.
