I made Card Portfolios for the demonstrators that attended Stampin Up's Leadership Conference.  I used the Typeset Aphabet Bigz for the Big Shot to personalize them.   Notecard holder
I made a set of 4 note cards using Sweet Sorbet Designer Series paper that will be FREE during Sale-A-Bration!

Notecards

Don't they look nice!

Here is how the portfolio looks opened.  I used 4 medium sized envelopes, and 1/2 sheet of 12X12 Designer Series Paper to make it.

Here are the instructions on how to make the portfolio.

Card Portfolio Instructions

  1. Select a sheet of Designer Series Paper.  Cut it in half so you have two 6” X 12”.  Set one aside.
  2. Score along the 12” side at ¼”, 4 ½”, 4 ¾”, 9”, 9 ¼”, and 11 ½”  Fold on all score lines.
  3. Fold over the ¼” end flap and secure in place with sticky strip.  Seal 4 Medium White Envelopes and cut ¼” off the BOTTOM of each envelope.
  4. Put a piece of sticky strip (about 2 ½” long) across the center of each envelope just below where you cut.  Attach all four envelopes together in a stack with the Sticky Strip.
  5. Attach the top envelope to the scored Designer Series Paper on the ¼” reinforced side.
  6. Add another piece of sticky strip to the back of the last envelope and secure to the back of the portfolio, just below the 9” mark.
  7. Fold back and adhere the ½” score with Sticky Strip for the front cover.  Add Punched piece and use a Velcro dot to fasten the top.
  8. Cut the other end of the 6X12 Designer Series Paper into four 3X5 pieces.
  9. Decorate Note cards with the 3×5 pieces of Designer Series paper.  Fold the bottom up so show the other side of the paper.  Add a greeting or other punched piece to embellish the card.
  10. Place a note card and envelope inside each of the envelope pockets of your portfolio.

Happy Stamping!
