I have neglected my stamping room over the past month and decided to commit to blogging every Monday for the rest of the summer. I may do more than that, but you can count on at least one post a week:)
I designed this card for the Stamps In The Mail that is beginning this month. I wanted to create a card using Mosaic Madness that makes a flower.
I stamped the image several times on a scrap of white paper, and then punched it out using the mosaic punch. (You will get both the stamp set and the punch this month if you are a part of the Stamps in the mail.) I love how Stampin Up has so many punches that coordinate with their stamps! It makes creating so quick!
To assemble the "flower", I punched out a 1 3/4" circle and put adhesive on it. I then arranged 5 punched out pieces around the circle.
I then punched a 7/8" scallop circle using Strawberry Slush card stock. I finished the flower with another image from Mosaic Madness punched with a 1/2 "circle punch, and then raised with a dimentional. The designer series paper is part of the Quatrefancy Specialty paper. It has a lot of fun papers in it!
Happy Stamping!
