Happy New Year!
We have had a great last day of Christmas vacation. I made Caramel Rolls for breakfast, and then we had fondue, popovers, and creme brulee for lunch. During lunch we talked about highlights from this past year, and what we would like to work on this year. I then introduced this Memory Jar that I made last night. I got the idea from pinterest, and thought it would be great for us! We will write on strips of paper fun memories throughout 2013 and then on next New Years, we will read all the great things that we did and that happened the precious year. Charles said, "I already have one to put in right now, fondue with the family on New Years Day!" It will be fun to watch the jar fill up.
Happy Stamping!

Such a great idea. My nephew gave us ornaments last Christmas that we each wrote a wish on for 2012, then this Christmas we pulled them out to see if it "Came true". We were about 50% in yeas and no. It was put back in and a new one added. It is a great tradition!

I love the ornament idea! Do you know where he got them?

They just used the clear ornaments from the big box stores. I do recommend using thin strips of paper, as they are hard to get back out if the paper strips are too thick.
