Lovely as a Tree is one of my favorite and oldest stamp sets that I own that is still in the catalog.
I first learned this embossing technique from Judy Lohr years ago, and it is still my favorite way to emboss at Christmas time.
I first embossed the tree in white. Next I rubbed the Versamark all over the piece of card stock and added embossing powder over the whole piece. I thought I had Iridescent Ice embossing powder, but didn't so I made a mix using clear embossing powder and Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
Here is the card using a different stamp from the set.
I have to show you a new tip I learned from Lyssa Zwolanek. When embossing several pieces, use the card board piece that comes with your designer series paper along with clothes pins to hold your pieces in place. How clever!
These cards will be an option at my next Stamp-A-Stack. Which orientation do you like better?
Happy Stamping!
