I saw this card at Leadership and thought it would be a fun card to make. This is the final option for my Build A Stack.
This card is a little more time consuming than the other Build-A-Stack options, but I think it is worth it. The set used is Party This Way which you can get free this month with a $50 purchase.
I used the Word Window, Modern Label, Small Oval and Scallop Edge Border punches, Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
