Another Pennant Parade Sneak Peek

I am loving the Pennant Parade stamp set!

I made a note card turning the pennant into a  cone.  I used the 2010-2012 In Color Designer Series Paper for the Ice Cream and punched it with the Cupcake Builder Punch.
