We had a very long, but great day today! We began by going to the Opryland hotel for the conference at 7:30.
This place is amazing! Check out the Christmas Tree. They took it down today and there is a water fountain there now.
We started with a welcome reception with bagels and muffins. We walked around swapping cards. I made 50, while some people made a couple hundred cards! We then had classes. The classes were great. They also announced some exciting ways for us to benefit even more from having recruits. The classes ended at 5:15, and then they served us dinner.
I took this for Ginger:) She has always been our photographer. We miss her being with us!
After dinner they passed out boxes of stamp supplies and we were told to each make a card using the supplies given and they will donate them to the Ronald McDonald House. We were also to make one to turn in so they can judge them, and the winning table will get free products!
This is what we came up with:
While we were making the cards they called us in by color to shop in Momento Mall. This is always a highlight. Stampin Up has many items we can buy with the Stampin Up logo on it. This year some of the items were wallets to match our purses, t-shirts, sweaters, purse holder, bags, magnetic bookmarks and more! They always do a great job with the displays.
We got back to our room at 9:30 and it felt like midnight! Tomorrow we will do the same schedule. We better get to sleep!
