After a 3 year break, I completed a sprint triathlon today! Boy was I nervous this morning! My sister-in-law did it with me which made it more fun. We started with the swim. I liked that it was a pool swim!

Running 3 miles is the last thing to do. I had some cheerleaders who helped me along the way.

Isaac competed in the kids race yesterday and won 1st place. He finished 2 minutes ahead of the next kid! He is quite the competitor!
