What an amazing day for our family! Abigail and Isaac professed their
faith through baptism. Our church had an outdoor service in Hudson WI,
and over 50 people were baptized.
We are so proud of them!
Here is a picture of Abigail's card. It is funny because I was quite bummed this past week that I did not have a set with a cross in it. The next day I went to my mailbox, and my amazing friend Melony had sent me the new set Crosses of Hope without even knowing! I love it!
I used her favorite colors, Tempting Turquoise, and the new Pear Pizzazz. The background paper is our new Presto Patterns Specialty Paper. It is white with glossy designs that you brayer over to make whatever color you want. Here is a picture of how I made a piece for a different card. You can see it is still white on the bottom, and at the top it is taking on the color. The more you brayer it, the darker the color is.
Come to my New Catalog event this Wednesday at noon or 6:30 to see a couple more cards made with it.
