Father’s Day Cards

I am so blessed to have an amazing Dad, Father-in law, and husband who are wonderful grandpas and dad to our kids.  Our dads and my husband always have more energy to keep on playing with the kids long after I tire out!  I am so grateful to have them!

Here are the cards I made for our dads.

P1120431
I used To the Nines Specialty Paper to make this quick card.  The greeting is from a set called All Holidays.  It is found on page 43 of the current catalog.  It is away from the other greetings, so it can easily be missed.  In the new catalog (I just have one so far) it is back with the other words.
(To
the Nines Specialty Paper is retiring along with the Close to Cocoa
Paper I used on the right card)

This card is the one I made for my husband.  I used the Horizontal Slot punch, which is also retiring, to make a little slit to put the ribbon through.  I put the punch in a little bit to make the slot on the fold of the card.

What are your plans this weekend?

Cute cards. I had all my Graduations cards made but forgot Father's Day, so I had to buy them this year:(

It is so hard to buy cards once you start making them! I have not bought a card in 13 years!
