We made it to Nashville today, and had a fantastic time at the Manager's Reception. A highlight of Leadership is being able to attend the Manager's Reception. It is just for those who are Managers and above.
We met at the Opryland Hotel which is AMAZING. I can not believe it was under water from the flooding such a short time ago! Here is a picture of the inside:
We were given a cowboy hat and then entered a tour bus not knowing where we were headed. We arrived at the WIld Horse Saloon, which they rented out for us.
Melony Bishop, Jessica Taylor, Lyssa Zwolanek, Me, Joey Pogorel, Wendy Fassbender
They taught a few line dances, and had the band, Brother Trouble play for us. They won Kenny Chesney's Next Big Star Competition.
The band threw out T-shirts and Melony and I each caught one!
When we got back they gave us each a bag, which is actually a purse.
