Hockey Project

With 3 tournaments in the next month I decided I might as well embrace being a hockey mom, so I had this coat made.  I have all 3 of their names on my arm, and our last name on the back.  The front has the Team logo.

On Friday I had the hockey moms from Isaac's team over to make door signs for their hotel door.  Having  Stamp Room full of supplies comes in handy!  We used the Big Shot and Go Go Boots Alphabet to personalize them with their nicknames.

    Kristen,
I know what you mean about having the supplies handy. I am a hockey, basketball, baseball and soccer Grandma and have helped my daughter make several different door plates, signs, etc for many tournaments using lots of our great supplies.

    Nice jacket!

    Kristen,
Love it! I was a Hockey Aunt to my nephew from 1996-2009! Had a blast! I now enjoy being a Dance Aunt for my niece! Thanks for sharing your cool project! I am sure there will be many more! Good luck at the tournament!

Check out the Power Lab if you want to be able to understand and deal with crisis like we're seeing in Egypt. It's an incredible & insightful experience to make you a better person. They usually have them in April.

It's too early to tell if it's working yet but it's at least making me feel like I'm doing something. Even if it does not help I will feel like I'm documenting what I'm doing in a way that is meaningful and useful to the people with whom I'm working on this issue.

While I can wish for luck, I believe the saying that luck is when preparedness and opportunity meet, so I thought I’d share a few ideas in this week’s blog to help you be prepared for the opportunity when luck bestows itself on you.
