I am driving to Madison WI this morning for a meeting with my demonstrators. Part of our meetings is having a card exchange. Each person makes 20 cards, and you get 20 different ones back. This is the card I used Big Top Birthday Designer Series Paper, and I used Crystal Effects to make the top of the cupcake shiny.
