We made this card at my stamp-a-stack this week using the Bordering on Romance stamp set from the Occasions mini catalog. I received the Bordering on Romance set free from Stampin Up along with several other items because of my title, and the Loving Thoughts I received at Leadership. I love getting free stamps!
On the left I used markers on the card, and on the right I used the pastels.
I used Loving Thoughts stamp set for the greeting. I learned this cool way to make a pennant at leadership.
Use a square punch to snip off the edge of each side. Pretty easy!
Which card do you like the best, the one with markers or pastels?
I like the softness of the pastels.

Thanks ladies. I wanted to design a card using an embossing Folder on top of the same colored card base. I have seen it done, but never had designed a card with it myself. I will make the rest using pastels:)
